Help please baby hot his nose

Hi everyone my son is 11 months old and he stayed in his granny's on saturday when I went to collect him on Sunday he was walking up and down the living room and fell into her sofa and hit his nose
It's a little swollen and theres abit of a bruise I've felt along it and he dosnt pull away but last night when he was drinking his bottle he sounded like he had a blocked nose
I duno if it's to do with him hitting his nose or whether he just has stuffy nose
I nearly slept worrying
It's a bank holiday and the doctors are closed today should I go to the doctors tomorrow or will he be ok I've seen online its really hard for a baby to break their nose
Anyone had anything similar happen would love to hear from you as I'm just so worried

Did he hit his nose on the sofa i.e something soft rather than than the floor?

It was on the sofa the part the cushions sit on his nose has a bruise and still a little swollen but hes letting me touch it

No harm getting it checked tomorrow
