Evening everyone,

So we have a great bedtime routine. But suddenly last few days she's been taking 30 to 45 mins to fall asleep. She's not upset. Not hungry. Shouts when she looses her dummy, just lays there and holds her legs. Seems comfy. Self soothes. I pop in and out to tap her dummy and she eventually drops off.

Keeping inside her awake window, which are varied 2hours to 2 and half hours at a push. Finishes her nap 430 (dependent on the day - sometimes it finishes at 4pm) goes bed between 6-7 then i go up feed her, wind and cuddle and sing twinkle little star for about 5 minutes then pop her down.

Any idea? If I leave her downstairs longer then that she will become overtired and it's stressful all-around.

Any ideas? Should I pop in and out? Or wait for her to shout for me? Then potentially risk her becoming overtired if she doesn't go sleep? Xx
