What sorts of things to you give him/her now as a starting point? Do you eat the same dinner?

I would say mine has a fairly typical toddler diet..

Breakfast - fruit and porridge /shedded wheat/cornflakes/peanut butter on toast (if not having bread for lunch)

Lunch - scrambled egg on toast, cheesy pasta and broccoli, various sandwiches with sliced cucumber and pepper, crumpet, all served with fruit.

Dinner - whatever we are having so different most days but this week - roast chicken dinner, tortellini and veg, fish with homemade chips and peas, meatballs and spaghetti, stir-fry, lamb kebabs with flatbread and salad.

Oh and banana pancakes are always a hit!
