Uneven thigh creases in 5 month old

My dd is just about to turn 5 months and today I've noticed she has an extra thigh roll at the top of one of her legs.
She's very active and can sit up by herself and rolls over, although mainly just on one side, the side without the additional crease. She likes to stand when we're supporting her but I don't do this often or for long because of the weight bearing. Just a couple of seconds each time. I had a hip disorder when I was young, not hip dysplasia but something called perthes disease, I was about 8 and it's not hereditary.
Could this be a sign of hip dysplasia or is it quite common? All her previous checks were fine. I will of course take her to the gp but it's a bank holiday so just looking for some reassurance until Tuesday!

It can be a sign but not one of the main signs. A lot of people have uneven creases. If you are worried go to the gp and ask for an ultrasound.
