Hi all, my baby currently goes to sleep with a last feed (bottle) at 10pm. Shes 11 weeks old. How do I bring her bedtime forward and keep the last feed too please?

I think that it has to be gradual so say 10 mins earlier every day or they will treat bedtime as a nap. Then when you have bedtime when you want it you can introduce the dream feed where you pick baby up whilst they are asleep and feed x

Thanks soph1207

Thats really helpful, thank you. The bit I'm not clear on is how to still get the 10pm feed in whilst I'm bringing her bedtime forward. It sounds like I will be putting her to bed ten min earlier and then giving her a bottle ten mins later which feels a bit disruptive?

Or do you mean bring the last feed forward too until the new bedtime is established and then I re introduce a dream feed?

Sorry if im being a bit dippy lols xxx

I see whatyou mean. I would probably just bring the feed forward with bedtime until you get a lot closer to the desired bedtime. It might mean a wake in the night for a little bit until you have the new bedtime and dream feed fully established though? Hope that works for you! X
