Taking a baby to a wedding..... Help

Hi all,

We are due to be attending a wedding 4 hours from us in a couple of weeks with our 7 month old.

I'm getting really nervous about the ceremony with a 7 month old. Does anyone have any ideas on how to keep a baby entertained but quiet during this at all?

Thanks all

At 7 months they could have some melty snack type thing?

I honestly wouldn’t worry about it and would just plan to take them straight out if they get noisy.

I took my 7 month old to a wedding a couple of weeks ago. Like you I was so nervous, I didn't want to take him but DP insisted he was coming. It was actually fine, during the ceremony I gave him his bottle and had him in his buggy with a couple of quiet toys he could chew on or play with. I was also close to the door so if needed I could make a quick exit. He made a few noises but nothing major. He napped well during the day in his buggy too. I just took loads of toys, lots of milk and lots of snacks. You'll be fine, hope you have a good day!
