Reusables for toddler

Hi

My little one is 16 months and has grown out of his mio solo nappies as he’s pretty big for his age.

Would like to replace with bigger reusables but need some recommendations especially as
I think I made a bit of a mistake with the mios as we had some chafing and leaks so keen to choose better this time.

Can anyone recommend a good larger reusable nappy that doesn’t leak and will last until he’s potty trained?

Thank you x

I’d recommend LittleLamb for night time as it’s so absorbent. We added the bombproof wrap too. You can buy the nappies and wraps separately or in bulk, but we got the trial kit which had one of each.
Overall I’d recommend Totsbots.
Mother-Ease Wizard Uno one-part nappy has a strong reputation for keeping stuff contained – it promises a 100% leak-free fit. They’re quite expensive and were all sold when we wanted one, so I can’t speak from experience.

Baba and boo BTP have been a great day time option for my 97th centile height/weight DS. We rarely get leaks, the prints are gorgeous and they wash beautifully. They have bamboo inserts which are superior for wee catching than microfibre, which I believe is what Mio’s are made of.

Night time wise we really like easy pease bambeasy nappies with a motherease wrap on top. Again good for biggg babies.

Once mine were confidently on the move we found little lamb the best too, with Baba and boo for night time.

Are you part of any local cloth nappy groups on Facebook? People on there often give away or loan out the odd one for you to try.

Have any of you tried reusable pull ups? Like the pee nut junior?
