3 year old hitting other children

My lb is 3 in two weeks and I've noticed he is pulling other children around and tarting to pull there hair. Especially when he can't get his own way.

I don't know if he's trying to play fight but is to rough. Or he gets over excited.

Where is this happening ?
Where are you when it is happening ?
Does he 'play fight' with someone within your family ?

What is his speech like ?

We were at a party and he was on a bouncy castle. He was doing a lot oh pushing a while ago but it stopped a while ago.

The first time he pulled a little girls hair and then I don't know if he got over excited with jumping about.

His speech has come on really well but he is on the waiting list for speech and language therapy. As he drools and has a lisp. He was behind with speech for abit.

I noticed when my niece was here his older cousin and she pushed him he just pulled her hair back he won't come tell me.

So when he hits or pulls hair what do you do?

Put him in time out away from the party tell him why it was wrong then he has to apologize.
