Milky nipples

Hi anyone any advice or experiences on this : so im 9 weeks PP. I have bottle fed my baby from the start. My milk came in around day 3 or 4. Dried up in a week. However the last few days I have been having milky leaking nipples.. quite alot. Anyone any idea why this could be?? They have been feeling heavy & firmer for the last 2days aswell. So confused !!

I had this 7 months after stopping breastfeeding!
Was so strange but only lasted about a week.
It’s the hormones that produce milk deciding to be active.
Tight bra and paracetamol can help.
I also hand expressed a bit to relieve the pressure

I've heard cabbage leaves can help! A leaf in each bra cup
