Hi Beauties,

Just want to know my baby is 14mo he almost everyday fell down and keep hurting his head. Is there any to worry about or that’s normal for babies? Please let me know!! As I’m so worried about 😢

What is he hitting his head on? My girl is 2 and still falls over regularly, which is fairly normal, but she doesn't hit her head - usually bum or knees.
Is he falling completely flat and hitting it on the floor, or is it on furniture etc?

Has he been walking long? It’s very normal for toddlers to fall over a lot when they first start walking.

Yes! He walking and fall and end up hitting his head on edges of the furniture and walls 😭

My one is too, he’s 14m today and my god he’s had me on pins lately.

He seems pretty robust though and a little whinge and he’s back up and running around. I think it’s pretty normal when learning to run walk

This is totally normal and some little ones are more prone to it than others.

Could you move the furniture for a while? Obviously soft things like a sofa should be fine.

My ds1 was like this. At one point his forehead looked like a rainbow with the different coloured bruises. I had to take him to GP for something different and mentioned them (because he had also walked into the corner of the coffee table and had a long bruise down his face) She was not at all bothered and said it was very common.

Living with my in laws makes it difficult for me to convince them moving the furniture also they will say it’s ok babies do keep hurt themselves no matter what 😞

I’m relieved if GP said that thank you so much!

It's just a normal action of the kids. My kids put his head on the floor all the time. However, I'm not feeling well when he suffers pain from those silly activities.
