Anyone ever taken echinacea while breastfeeding? It's a tricky one, breastfeeding network says it's OK but the label on the tablets says breastfeeding women shouldn't take it, I guess just because there are no studies.
Anyone have any side effects or was everything OK?
I've taken it before and not had any side effects
