4 month old bad wind at night

My 4 month old has always suffered really bad with wind and has CMPA and reflux. I put her to bed at 10:30 about half an hour after she had a feed and she did a couple big burps. About 11pm she got wind and started screwing up her face and making windy noises like babies do. It's been going on for three hours now. I've tried everything. Infacol, multiple burping positions, massaging the tummy, propping up her legs. Absolutely nothing is working and I'm getting exhausted of trying to bring it up when it doesn't want to come up. She is otherwise settled and doesn't look like it's giving her pain just making her uncomfortable and has her eyes open a tiny bit which surely isn't great if she's supposed to be asleep. Should I just leave her be and let nature take its course now I don't think there's anything else I can try, I've done multiple google searches and tried absolutely everything.
