Hi my baby is 6 months has had a temperature for two days that comes and goes, very fractious and is off his milk. occassionaly dribbles and is swapping his dummie frantically from side to side. He has no other physical obvious complaints - does anyone else recognise these symptoms as normal for teething?

Sounds very like my DS1 when he was teething. Does he have a red cheek or ear on one side? DS1 also used to pull on the ear on the side the tooth was coming through and would get a runny bum as well. Calpol was the only thing that worked for him at night, he'd never take cooled teething rings or those powders. He did like to chew on the Avent beaker tops, the green hard ones, with some cold water in the beaker, that helped in the daytime.
Its really miserable for them so big hugs for you both
