Getting toddler to nap when out and about

Hi everyone, looking for advice. I’m so scarred from sleep deprivation that I stress about taking my almost two year old out of her sleep schedule. She usually naps 12-1.30/2 every day and goes to bed about 7.30. The thing is I feel so trapped at the weekends and work everything around her nap. I’m a single mum so need to take her everywhere with me. She naps in her buggy at home but I can’t seem to get her to drop off in it when we’re out. I’m going away for a few days soon and would really like to get out for most of the day without being fixated on her naps. Getting her in the buggy is a huge challenge too as she wants to run about. Any tips?

Watching with interest as I am terrified of upsetting my boys routine!

He won’t sleep in the pram
When out and only sleeps in his cot, so also feel like I have to be home over lunchtime so he sleeps .
Sorry that’s no help at all!
