Bed wetting- reusable pants?

After almost 3 years of being dry my 6 year old has started wetting the bed again

Can anyone recommend reusable night time pants rather than the dry nites pull ups? I don't want to add to land fill.

Have they been checked for a UTI?

We have been using some from hippy nut. Highly recommend

Pixie she doesn't have a UTI, we went to the GP last week. I have no clue what has caused it
