10 month old - potential hypermobility?

She feels very slightly more on the flimsy side of things you could say but she's my first so I wouldn't know any different. Very flexible but aren't all babies? Doc heard click in hips after birth but she didn't have hip dysplasia. Pulled her arm to help her up the other day and it clicked (not sure if I should've even done this but read it helps them to use their own weight to get up). Sat independently at 8 months. Cannot get on knees, hips feels stiff. Cannot crawl or get on all fours, on a few occasions has bounced up and down whilst sat but not bum shuffling. My gut tells me she cannot use her own body weight to get on her knees or all fours. She can bear weight on both legs but tends to lean her stomach/chest on things in order to stand. Not where close to cruising etc. Going to arrange an appointment but don't want to be fobbed off to wait for 3 months until 1 year assessment when she could've been receiving some help/physio
