12 week old - hungrier or just teething?

Morning Everyone,

Just looking some advice or anyone’s experience if they have had an early teether - our little boy is 12 weeks & has been showing all the signs of teething the last few weeks - drooling, rosey cheeks, biting his fists, working his tongue over his gums.

The last few days he seems to have been suffering even more & Ashton & Parsons powders are helping a little, but I’ve also noticed he seems to be hungrier than normal - he was taking 180ml pretty much every 4 hours but is now barely lasting 3 hours until he’s looking fed again & will either take a smaller feed eg 120 ml or the 180ml spread across two sittings (thankfully he is still sleeping through longer stretches of 5/6 hours at night!) - does anyone think this may be related to teething or could it just be he is hungrier & we need to move up to 210ml feeds?

Could be teeth, could be a growth spurt, could be just being a baby! I'd up the milk if he's finishing his bottle and seems hungry.

Feed on demand regardless, you've been lucky he's done that long. ANd if a bottle is being drained, you need to up the quantity- there should always be a little less.
