Hi,

My DS turned six months about a week ago and since then I've been feeding him solids once a day so things like mixed veg, fruit, he had some mash and beans tonight (only a tiny bit of bean sauce to go with his mash), wheatabix with formula milk ( I didn't heat it up though, not sure if I was meant to) but I'm not really sure what the heck I'm suppose to be doing so please can someone give me some tips as I want to do it properly, I'm a first time mum and it feels like I'm doing everything wrong.

Thanks 😊

Sounds great to me 😊
It's good to introduce finger foods too, it might not go in the mouth but good for exploring textures and having a go! I started with soft steam veg.
Just follow baby's lead. You'll know when he's ready for another meal in the day.
You've got this!
