Can a stork bite/salmon patch appear after birth?

My daughter is 10 weeks old and in the last few days I noticed a faint red patch on her forehead between her eyebrows, anything I’ve read on stork bites/salmon patches says they’re present at birth , is it possible for them to appear later or is it something else?

Mind you, dd has a birth mark that didn’t materialise until she was 3/4

Strawberry birth marks appear after birth, but I think normally between 2-3 weeks. 10 weeks seems late..
