My 8 day old hasn't has a dirty nappy since 4pm yesterday. She has had plenty of wet ones
She's feeding as normal (bottle fed due to traumatic birth)
Iv tried the usual tummy massages but nothing seems to be working
Is there anything else I can give her! Or is this usual?
She always used to have a poo nappy with every nappy so this isn't like her
