Building confidence- physical development

I have a lovely 15 month old daughter, she's curious and interested in the world but very cautious when it comes to gross development. She's not walking yet, resists it if we try and hold her hands etc, won't touch her brick trolley. She cruises and stands independently but is clearly cautious about actually walking. I should add that she crawled very early. Any tips for helping her feel more confident? She's also totally resistant to going on trikes/ ride on toys and raises her arms to be let off.
I'm happy to go with her pace obviously but want to ensure that I'm doing right by her to help grow her confidence

Do you play many physical games with her such as bouncing her on your knee, throwing her up (not far!) in the air...or even peekaboo type games?

Let her get on with it I reckon.

Children develop at different speeds. They have different personalities.

I'd not worry or push personally.

My 15 month old DD isn’t walking yet either but she’s very adventurous, sits on trikes, climbs over things etc so I don’t think that will really build confidence. She will walk holding my hands so I’ve started just holding one hand to help her get her balance. I’m sure they’ll walk when they’re ready - I didn’t walk until I was 17.5 months so I’m not rushing her Smile

DS was the same - once he started walking that was it though, he was running within a fortnight and is now a dare devil on his scooter.
