Introducing formula or expresses breast milk

Evening!
FTM with DD, 6+5wks, EBF.
Really want DD to have a bottle around 1x pd to give me a break, sounds selfish I know but she feeds ALL the time, esp at night. This would also give me a chance to get some housework done or even pop to do the food shop for an hour.
I’ve been expressing milk and managing to get a bottle full a day. Was doing this from 4wks as partner had promised to be up in morning to give her a bottle so I could maybe get an hour or 2 of uninterrupted sleep (she feeds every hr to 45 mins at night… send help!) but he couldn’t get her to take a bottle so would just bring her back to me saying she wants boob and after 10 days has just stopped bothering to get up before work to help out now Sad. I’ve sent him some useful links on how to give a breastfed baby a bottle but seems not to have read them.
I wondered if maybe I could help her get used to taking a bottle of he can’t persevere but am I right in thinking she won’t take a bottle from me as she’ll just see me and want boob instead?
The other thing is I’ve got amazing family (mum, dad, MIL) who would love to give DD a bottle if it meant giving me a little break so I’m not 100%reliant on partner to help me.
I’ve been freezing the expressed BM for last few days but sort of don’t see the point pumping now as doesn’t exactly give me the break I needed anyway because if she’s being bottlefed then I’m expressing ready to stock up BM for next day’s feed and she feeds so often it’s hard to fit pumping in to our day.
I have bought some formula so we could maybe try a bottle of that.
Anyone got any ideas of how we can get DD started with taking a bottle?
