Evening snack/supper

My 3 year old has needed a small snack with her milk for a year or so now, otherwise she's awake with the larks and asking for breakfast before 5am 🤣
Usually she has her cup of milk and a yoghurt covered rice cake, or if she hasn't eaten much dinner then she'll have a bowl of shreddies.
Now she seems to have gone off/got bored of her rice cake and won't eat it so she's back to waking early and is starving 🤣

What else could I give her in the evening? I'd prefer not toast because she would live on toast if given half the chance and already had 2 slices a day 🙈🙈

Does she like banana? Supposed to be a good snack to fill up on.

Thank you all, she eats a lot of these suggestions during the day anyway and is a bit funny about eating the same thing twice 🤣🤣

Pancakes are a good shout though, she would like that. I'd love her to eat a banana but she's a once a week banana eater 🤣
