20 month old DS prefers dad!

Hi all,
So my DS is our first, he’s a very energetic and quite vocal little guy, always has been (you could say hard work!) and I don’t know if it’s because he’s my first but I’ve always felt like parenting is really quite tiring and a bit of a thankless task (other than when he gives me a little kiss of cuddle and I melt! But that’s rare)
Anyway, for the last 2 weeks he’s decided he doesn’t want much to do with me, if I touch him he moans, if I go into his room first in the morning he calls for Dadda, if I even push the pushchair when there’s both of us, he demands Dadda to do it. Also my DH isn’t allowed to touch me like putting his hand on my left watching the TV etc.
You could say it’s possessive but it’s almost worse than that because he moans when he sees me and acts like he’s really annoyed by me.
Has anyone else had this? It’s slowly breaking my heart and I blame myself in some ways for not being as fun as daddy and having to do stuff like housework when daddy is always just available for play time.
Also I had PND so I blame myself for that too 🥲

How do you share the childcare? Is it because daddy is a bit of a novelty? I honestly would not take this personally, toddlers are so fickle about their wants and likes. Make sure you have some dedicated time each week where it is just you and ds and the rest of the time sit down and enjoy the break.
