8 month old not having enough milk

FTM looking for a bit of guidance as I seem to have the worst Health visitor on the planet, just wondering if I'm not feeding the little one enough and wondered if you could share your routine or have any pointers?

As it stands this is our routine we just dropped the kid morning milk a week ago and I'm conscious he's not having enough:

4/5am - 9oz milk
8am - breakfast (weetabix and 3oz formula)
1130am lunch - eg. Chicken potatoe veggies and fruit for pudding
1400 - 9oz milk
1630 - finger foods - eg. parsnips/ carrot Battons, or a little sandwich and yoghurt with fruit
1830 - 9oz milk

Am I missing something I just feel from 4am until 2pm is a long time with no milk, he has water and eats most breakfast and lunch?

Remove lunch and offer another bottle instead. I was told by paediatrician dietitian to move to 3 meals at 9 months and because we just did blw to offer milk an hour before each meal.

Saying that 30oz of milk is a far amount so actually I think it’s fine.

I think that's fine, I would offer cool boiled water with food tho x

The guidelines say 6-9 month olds should be having 3-4 feeds of 7-8oz so looks about right? If you want to give him more, then give him more but doesn't look like you need to. You really don't need to give an 8 months old cooled boiled water though.

Is that cows milk or formula he's having at 4/2/6:30?

HalloHello · 04/08/2021 15:14

By that I mean they can have normal water straight from the tap.

As others say it is the right amount....30 ounce?

Mine is seven months and has 28 plus food. Sometimes an extra six in night but rarely.

Thanks everyone that's really helpful x
