16 month old DS - a rant!

Hi Everyone

First of all I love my DS who is just over 16 months but I'm getting really frustrated with his lack of progress and reaching milestones.

He isnt walking, talking or pointing and is showing no signs of doing any of them. Of course im worried that he isnt doing them and I know every child develops at different rates but a small part of me is just annoyed about it as I know his life will be so much fuller when he is mobile or can express what he wants. I have an older children (DS nearly 6) and it really restricts what we can do as a family as my younger child hates being held/in the pram/sat on the floor and if he can just walk will make it all so much easier and more enjoyable for everyone as its hard to have fun in the park when I've got to try and calm a screaming baby whilst making sure my older child is having a good time.

Please say im not the only one that has felt like this?!

Have you sought any help/advice with regards to his development?
