I'm just here to vent really. I attempted to book a day for me and my son for a day at planet fun. The website and fb page say nothing about disabilities whatsoever as though disabled children have no interest in days out or fun. They pretend we dont exist so as we don't show up. Its difficult trying to explain why wrist bands wont work for us not to mention trying to make him wear the wristband itself. They make no concession, have no training for staff there and make no reasonable adjustments for a carer and disabled child. I'm pissed off I just want a lovely day out with my son without staff screaming at him because he cant speak or make eye contact with them.
