Hello everyone,

This question is for all the mamas that use swaddles for their babies.

Is it worth investing in one if my baby is not a calm sleeper? Do you think it helps baby to settle and sleep more peacefully?

You can always try doing it with a large muslin cloth first to see if you and baby get on with it?

It helped my baby stop waking himself up by thrashing his arms around. I never bought a swaddle though - just used things I already had (first a knitted shawl and then a large cellular blanket or muslin). Try it with something like that first and see if it works.

Just remember that once your baby is rolling you should stop swaddling them.

Yes, definitely worth trying. It made a big difference to DS.

Look at Love to Dream swaddled, they are so much better than traditional swaddles for multiple reasons.
