Holiday with baby & toddler

Hello mums, I have a 2 year old and a nearly 5 month old baby. Really feeling like I need a change of scene for a bit & a short holiday. Can anyone recommend a good child friendly holiday for this age group that could be a little “relaxing” for mum & dad? I was having a look at caravan parks on the coast but not sure & interested to hear if anyone can suggest anywhere that has been good for them?
My 2 year old has a lot of energy & my baby is not mobile yet.

If the 2 year old has lots of energy I'd try to find somewhere with beach access so that they can burn a lot of that energy off. A soft sling would be helpful as you'll probably be walking a lot.

And you'll get a change of scene but I'm not sure how relaxing it's going to be...
