Anti Reflux Poo

Our 6 week old has been bringing up feeds and showing discomfort for a couple of week. We moved him to anti-reflux formula 2 days ago.
His poo yesterday was solid - the normal yellow colour but consistency of cat poo. I presume it’s because of the formula - does it stay this way or will it go back to the normal runny type?

We moved to anti reflux milk and his poo was green and very runny for about a week then it settled back to yellow and mushy. I think you need to give his tummy time to settle and get used to it.
