10 month old can't pull to stand, get into sitting position or crawl

He can sit without support if I put him in that position. He can stand for a bit if I lean him on the sofa but that's it. Doesn't get on all fours, just kind of lies there. I have been putting him on his front all day everyday and putting things within reach for him to grab/crawl to. There's a bit of a slow one sided commando crawl type thing at best. Is there anything else I can do to encourage him to meet these milestones? Anyone else experienced this? Should I be concerned? I spoke to HV who thinks he's just taking his time figuring it all out.

Still young! I do understand because we have a boy who was slow to meet those early physical milestones and I did worry.
He finally started crawling at ten months, walking at 17 months!

They do all get there in the end,, try and enjoy him.

If he's not mobile in some way by 13 months, contact hv again, but I bet he is!
