Do you wait until they are walking to get them their first measured shoes or do you get them before?

Wait until they have been walking a good few weeks and even then if they can go barefoot e.g if playing on grass then it's better to keep them shoe free.

You can get pre-walker shoes from Clarks once they start to totter around and then when walking confidently they need the proper shoes with the firmer soles to protect their feet.
