Dad breaking court order - summer

I don't know what to do for best.

The child arrangements order gives 2 weeks with one parent, two weeks with the other, then 1 week, 1 week. Simple.

Ive had my little girl (8yo) the first 2 weeks and she should be at her dads right now but he was a no show, despite being reminded by email.

He wants 3 weeks straight over school holidays. Judge and me said was too much with the history of the dad; unreliable is an understatement. Hes trying to get what he wants by not getting her until next week.

So, I feel I cant take her next week (allowing 3 weeks) and the next handover from the order is the last week of the holidays. That would mean more than 5 weeks without seeing her dad!

I'm submitting enforcement order (once again) as I want her to see her dad, but want the order followed.

Any advice??

you cannot force him to see her, but you have to make her available as per order.

stop chasing someone who does not care, sorry to say. Just make sure you are not stopping contact and the court cant say anything.

fwiw i think 2 weeks is too long as well
