My son has spots all on his neck and shoulde

Is this a rash or bug bites? Not sure what it is. I have 2 bug bites on me crop up this week. Can't get hold of any gp to take a look.

Poor guy - in my personal opinion (not a medical professional) they look like bug bites / flea bites. The insects are rife in this warm wet weather!
