3-2 nap transition

Hi all,
LO is 7 months old and I've read between 7 & 9 months babies generally transition to 2 naps a day.
My lo is still napping 3 times a day but just want some info on the best way todo it when it happens.
Her general day is

Awake around 6.30/7am
1st nap around 9.15/9.30am for an hour
2nd nap around 1pm for around 1.5hrs
3rd nap around 5pm for 30 mins
Bedtime at 7.30pm

Once she goes to 2 naps a day will I bring her bedtime forward?

She can only tolerate at the moment 2.5hrs wake time. Will this need to increase to drop to 2 naps?

Our transition was messy. DS2 didn’t manage until he was almost 8.5 months, then suddenly could manage 3hrs awake. Wait until baby can handle longer. But yes, you’ll need to bring bedtime forward to no longer than 4 hours max awake time.

I'd wait to see what she needs and what she prefers. My DC1 was very much a morning napper so could last quite a long time in the afternoon but could only manage about 90 minutes first thing without a nap and then would have another one at lunchtime. DC2 (8mo) is still on 3 naps but is in the midst of the sleep regression so I'm just letting him do what he wants while we're in a period of crappy nighttime sleep! I think he prefers an afternoon snooze though so might end up on a completely different schedule!
