Hi everyone. So my 10 mth old babbled at 5 or 6mths and did it consistently but ebbed for 2 weeks here and there. It started with ma ba pa ga etc and then mama baba papa and then bababab mamama. She is hardly babbling for the past couple weeks or so and just doing some baba or abba now occasionally. she is all about pulling to stand on everything while trying to balance unassisted. I know sometimes they get quieter when focused on motor milestones but cannanyone reassure me as to when it came back. Whats the longest they went without babbling before it returned? She has also in those couple weeks started waving and giving me things and feeding me. She claps, points, high fives and used to have approximations for book (buhh) boob (boo) and up. She only very occasionally uses them now. Any advice as i wonder about regressions thanks to google. Thanks a lot

Thanks so much for replying. Glad to hear. How long did she stop babbling? And did she ever have a yelling phase? I know many talk about a screaming phase but mine is doing loud ahhh yells like testing her vocals.
