Help ! Going out of my mind 😭

I am really hoping for some advice, I have 3 boys ages 13, 12 and 4 with my ex husband. We separated 3 years ago. The older 2 are really not that close to their dad as he is not a very nice person towards me, constantly calls me names to them etc so therefor he has pushed them away, however the 4 year old is now spoiled rotten by him, he gets away with everything when with him which is 2-3 nights a week ( when I work as a nurse ). When he comes home he is just awful, if I dare say that no word he tells me he doesn’t love me anymore and just wants to live with his dad forever and doesn’t want to see me again, I know this is just words and he doesn’t mean it but it’s really really upsetting me now. Has anybody else been through similar ? Xx

Not similar here but I also have a 4 year old who the last few months pushes me to my very limits on a daily basis..! So could maybe be partly an age thing.

I find trying to ignore certain behaviour they stop doing because it doesnt get the attention they want. If I keep repeatedly saying dont do or say that then it seems to just be done over and over. I'm sure someone else will be along soon that might offer some better words of wisdom for you. I just didnt want to read and run x
