Hairy bum

My little girl, nearly two, has dark hairs on her bum cheeks - wtf?

It’s genetics isn’t it? Are mum and dad hairy? Ask your GP if your worried, could be hypertrichosis.

I would get it checked - it can be many harmless things and that is the most likely scenario, but it can sometimes be a sign of spina bifida occulta (that is, the less invasive version). It’s almost certainly something harmless but worth getting checked anyway.
