Sleep problems

2.5 yo has just stopped sleeping; he dropped his daily nap 6 months ago was previously in bed at 6pm and asleep by half past, usually 'till 6/7am

2 weeks ago he literally stopped sleeping, he's getting out of bed, playing with toys, throwing things about his room and downstairs,

I put him back 20/30 times he'll eventually drop off 10/11pm up again bright as a button 4am

I'm exhausted and loosing the will to live, any ideas?

My dog was put to sleep last week but this started the week prior, I'm beyond worn out

If you find the answer please let me know. 2 yr old has never slept well and now she's rejecting the idea all together. Takes hours to fall asleep, up 10+ times in the night. Awake at 4:30.

We've tried every trick in the book.

Also I'm sorry about your poor dog Flowers

@Mountainviews that's rubbish I'm sorry, I don't know if it's worse that mine previously slept through or not?

Yes the dog, I'm literally broken - my tank is currently just below empty

Cry over the dog, cry because I'm so tired, then just cry about crying!!

Let yourself cry, it's good to release it. Hopefully the sleep is just some silly toddler phase and they both get over it soon.

I'm sure you were the best owner to your dog and he had a lovely life with you.
