if she is still eating and not acting ill then its okj certain foods can change colour of poo or if she is ill but green poo is ok my ds 2.6 used to always have green poo if showing no signs of being ill the nothing to worry about my gp said only panic if poo is white or has blood in it

intead of using wet wipes use warm water and apply cream sound like normal nappy reash sue to many poos if it starts getting loose could have a bit of a bug coming then just go to gp just to check her out but in general green poo is nothing to worry about so i've been told by my gp anyway x
