6 month old feeding questions

My LO has been weaning for about a month now (he's 6 1/2 months old) and seems to be doing ok.

Lately I've been giving him baby porridge for breakfast, and then a fruit/veg purée at lunch/in the afternoon. As well as his 4 milk feeds a day.

I'm just after some breakfast ideas please as the past few days he has been a bit off his porridge, maybe he's getting bored of it! What else do you give your 6/7 month olds for breakfast? Fruit?

Thanks in advance 😊

Weetabix? Ready brek? You can add fruit puree for different flavours

Toast, scrambled egg, blueberries, strawberries. What do you have for breakfast?

Cloudninenine · 21/07/2021 14:56

My baby is 7 months old. He has things like weetabix, readybrek, beans on toast, scrambled egg on toast, fruit, sugar free muffins, savoury muffins, avocado toast, sugar free pancakes and yoghurt.

Scrambled eggs with spinach and Weetabix are a hit with my 7 month old.

Weetabix as a breakfast itself I mean, not in the scrambled eggs! Grin

@Mousetown I was more confused at spinach and weetabix Grin
