Hello, my little boy who is 21 months old woke up yesterday with one spot below his lip, I thought nothing of it, but when he's woke up this morning I noticed the same spot under in neck and one on his belly. I've attached a picture of what it looks like! I've just took his bedding off and put it on hot wash also steamed his mattress as I'm worried it's bed bugs? I even took the cover off mattresses and I can't see anything whatsoever! I have no idea where these bites are coming from
