It looks like heat rash to me but obviously you would be best to seek medical advice. Can you get LO to a local pharmacists? They should be able to advise you.

Is SC scratching a lot?
I suffer from heat rash and when I start to cool down in the evening it's as itchy as buggery , antihistamine and damp towns kept in the fridge help but doesn't cure it .

It's driving me mad !

Looks the same as the one on my son's back and tummy, he gets it everytime we have a heatwave so definitely heat rash I think. I put a bit of sudocrem on it and it helps make it less itchy for him and clear it up a little. A cooler bath also helps my LO but I don't think that's proven to help heat rash necessarily.

If you're concerned or just want to check I'm sure a pharmacist could advise.

He’s extra clingy today so I’ve just tried to comfort him when he’s not on me and the rash has gone down a lot! So I’m just going to keep an eye on it and take him to the pharmacy tomorrow if it’s still bad

OP - Did you ever find out what this was? My son has the exact same rash only on his torso and doesn’t go beyond his chest. He developed it when we had a heat wave but it hasn’t gone and it’s been 2 weeks. We’ve been given cream for eczema but I’m not convinced?
