ADVICE PLEASE re 10 month baby with constipation/diarrhoea issues (*warning: contains poo pic)

ADVICE PLEASE:

My 10 month old has always had bowel issues, alternating between diarrhoea and constipation.

I suspected cmpa/cmpi and she’s been on neocate since January.

Since then her poos seemed normal and all of her other symptoms disappeared but she’s still got trapped wind and wriggles in sleep putting knees up to chest.

She never seems to empty her bowels completely, she’ll still be uncomfortable and have trapped wind.

As I’ve said before I have tried every natural remedy for her trapped wind and her suspected reflux and nothing has worked.

Could it be IBS as it runs in my family or does it sound like something else?

This is been her poos recently and previously she’s had it a few times but usually she’ll poo normally just a small amount

What's she been eating?

She eats fish, chicken, banana, pears, potatoes and rice but she’s been like this even before she started weaning. Shes getting worse as she gets older 🥺x
