Newborn poop help!!

My DD is 7 days old and is formula fed, since birth she has been really good with bowel movements. Today she has not opened her bowels once is this normal? Shes also been sick twice! She's awake and alert and is still drinking her bottles and having wet nappies but hasn't opened her bowels.
I just need some reassurance I'm really worried

Yes that's normal. It's about the type of poo they do, not how often. If she isn't having trouble passing it and it's a normal texture and consistency there's nothing to worry about. If it starts looking like little balls that's when it's an issue.

She's done a small amount which was yellow but seems to be a bit firmer than usual? I've attached a picture I hope you don't mind!
