My LO is 15 months old and started having frequent bowel motion. So as per doctors advise, we are now on lactose free milk (arla milk) to check if this settles the frequency of bowel motion. But he is pooping like this, is this pale? This is 3rd time he pooped today and first time was a dark brown poop. 2nd and 3rd are like this (pale yellow). Should i be worried?
