Help please - recently changed formula

Recently changed from cow and gate to kendamil. Today is his 3rd day fully on it and his poos are green and watery.
We gradually changed him over (day 1 swapped 1 bottle for kendamil, day 2 swapped 2 bottles etc etc).
He used to poo every day and now it's sometimes twice a day and today it has been 3 times already.
Is it normal for this to happen when changing formulas?
Did kendamil ever cause green, watery poos for anyone else?

It gave my DD green watery stools. I think it’s because it’s made with full fat milk. I ended up changing back to SMA because it made her reflux worse but I can’t tell you whether it’s normal or not.

@Vicky1989x thank you. I'm contemplating switching back but don't want to upset his tummy too much by doing this. I've read somewhere that it can take 2-3 weeks for babies to settle on new formula but I feel like that's a long time. I might just wait it out another 1-2 days and if it's no resolved then I'll switch him back

There have been other threads in the Infant Feeding Section where the baby has reacted like this and it hasn't settled. Hipp Organic seems to be popular.

Why did you change formulas though? If your LO has an allergy to Cow's Milk Protein the Kendamil seem to make them worse.
