Toddler car seat which is comfortable!

Hi, wondering if anyone has any tips on a car seat for my 20mo. We've got a fairly cheap front facing one which just seems really uncomfortable for him, he's ok when awake but can't get to sleep in it at all, which is irritating for longer journeys.
I've seen some which rotate, is there such a one which rotates 180 and then sort of reclines for sleeping - or is that a pipe dream?!

The nuna rebl basq (I think that’s it’s name!) does, we have it and it’s great. I think the joie 360 does too which is a very popular one too.

What does he weigh, and do you have a budget?

Ok thanks for tips! So does the Joie 360 allow you to recline them? We've got a few UK holidays this summer and the thought of him being unable to nap on the journeys is a nightmare!
He is small, still only around 10kgs but fairly long, about 83cm. Not too worried about price - a sleeping toddler is worth it!

Yes it does, my son loves his, he loves it so much grandad spoilt him & bought him one for his car too.

I second the joie 360 spin!
My 2.5 year old hasn’t napped for several months except in her carseat and it’s not even reclined as I don’t actually want her to nap at all, as even 5 minutes makes bedtime hell! Too comfy it seems

I got the joie 360 which reclines and my toddler likes it; it can be rear or forward facing and we use it rear facing. It’s fairly reasonable price wise

Both my older 2 just sleep sitting up (3 and 4)

We've got the gb Vaya and it's excellent. I'm so glad we bought a rotating seat as it makes getting in/out so easy and the recline is good. The Cybex Sirona is very similar and worth a look.
