Baby teeth not coming through symmetrically

My toddler got his two upper front teeth and two lower front teeth in pairs at the same time. But since then his teeth have been coming through haphazardly - he had one come through in his upper jaw (third from front) and then one in his lower jaw (second from front). I read that they’re meant to come through symmetrically and in pairs, so am a bit worried. He also has a big gap between his front teeth. Is this something to be concerned about?

My child had very wonky teeth. A brace at 14 for a couple of years corrected it

My kids teeth didn't come in symmetrically, dentist said the way baby teeth look haa no baring on how adult teeth look. Both kids ended up with great baby teeth smiles.

Has anyone else had any experience of this? How normal (or not) is it? Feeling very worried Sad

Can honestly say that I didn’t take any notice of when my children’s teeth came through bur I do remember 24 years ago that my son had a gap in his front teeth…he now has perfect teeth ! Really don’t worry.Xx

My DD's came in wonky and not symmetric but soon sorted themselves out. I freaked out too as one seemed to be at a 90 degree angle. She's 9 now and teeth are straight as an arrow

If in doubt speak to your dentist OP
