Hi all, i am a new mum of only 2.5 weeks. I am breastfeeding ok and baby drinks as expected. I am trying to express my breast milk using a Medela Swing Maxi Flex but barely 10ml is expressed after pumping for 30 mins. I've tried on a few occasions but barely anything is coming out. I've tried the 24mm and 21mm pumps and both seem to fit well. What am i doing wrong? It's really frustrating as my nipples are always in pain throughout the day. Hope someone can help.
